  • Submission Deadline: August 31, 2025
  • Notification of Acceptance: September 15, 2025 onwards

  • Title: Concise and descriptive.
  • Authors: Include names, affiliations, and contact details.
  • Abstract Body: Maximum 300 words, structured as follows:
    • Introduction
    • Objectives
    • Materials and Method
    • Results
    • Conclusion
  • Keywords: Up to five keywords.
  • Format: Submit in PDF or Word document format.

  • Prepare Your Abstract: Follow the guidelines above.

  • Complete the Submission Form: Upload your abstract and provide the required information.
  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email upon successful submission.

  • Submission Opens: 15 July 2025
  • Submission Closes: 31 August 2025
  • Notification of Acceptance: 15 September 2025 onwards
  • Conference Dates: 11-12 October 2025

  • Poster orientation is 16:9
  • Ensure any text is in large font.
  • Use graphs, charts, and/or tables.
  • Ensure contents have a logical flow.
  • E-Poster will be placed DIGITAL.
  • Language must be in English.
  • Removal and collection of posters at the end of the display period remain the responsibility of the presenter. Posters not removed by the indicated take-down time will be removed and disposed of.

  • The abstract submission deadline will be on 31 August 2025.
  • The abstracts must be submitted in English.
  • It is the responsibility of the presenting author to submit the abstract on time, who will be responsible to communicate with other co-authors.
  • The accepted presenting author should be available to present at the conference physically on 11 and 12 October 2025.
  • All accepted abstracts will be published on-site and may appear on the conference website and/or other conference-related materials, and this will not raise any copyright issues.
  • A submission as a particular presentation type or theme may be changed to a different type following review to be accepted and included in the programme.

  • Certificate of appreciation for submitting an abstract
