OVERVIEW

The 1st Annual Pharmacist OTC Education Conference – Dubai (POEC) will be a landmark event which brings continuing medical education (CME) for Pharmacists in line with Regulatory Communication and OTC Manufacturers under one roof. The conference will provide the most respected academics and medical experts in each of 8 fields that will educate and develop the understanding of Pharmacists throughout the UAE on the most common and important Pharmacy disease issues today.  The event will also be the UAE’s largest OTC Exhibition where manufacturers can meet and network with pharmacists, pharmacy managers and regulators. The OTC Abu Dhabi event is a successful event being organized since the past two years and has been successful in having an attendance of over 500 pharmacists and several exhibitors in 2010 & 2012.

The event is to be held at Hyatt Regency Dubai UAE and will attract an audience of 500 UAE Pharmacists and 30+ Exhibitors. It is the first event of its kind in the UAE and under the guidance of a committee of stakeholders has been produced with key focus on educating and developing the Pharmacist and Pharmacy-Practice in line with current industry products and status.
The day will be divided into 8 topics and each topic will receive a 1 hour medical presentation and interactive discussion totalling up to 8 CME Credits available:
